Talmale Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we") operates The AI Agent Store at the-ai-agent-store.com and the AI agents it hosts. Each agent works inside a product or platform you already use — your n8n, your Shopify store, your app project — and this policy applies to all of them the same way. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. The store front itself is a static page: it sets no cookies and collects nothing. Everything below concerns the agents. This policy explains what we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

We run on other companies' infrastructure. Each sees only what it needs:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it for advertising.
We are based in India, and the providers above are in the USA, EU and UK. If you are in the UK or EU, your data is transferred outside your region. India is not covered by a UK/EU adequacy decision, so these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses with our providers) or on the transfer being necessary to perform our contract with you. Contact us if you want detail on a specific provider.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to: give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also withdraw consent where we relied on it, and complain to your data-protection authority.
Email support@the-ai-agent-store.com and we'll action it. We don't charge for this and we won't make it difficult.
We use what's needed to keep you signed in, plus Cloudflare's bot protection and basic, aggregated traffic analytics. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
The Service isn't for people under 16. We don't knowingly collect their data.
We'll update this page when things change, and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the Service or by email.
