By accessing or using AI Agent Store ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
AI Agent Store provides access to AI-powered development agents that can perform tasks such as code writing, debugging, deployment, and other cloud development activities. The Service uses Anthropic's AI models and various third-party integrations.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
The Service operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You will be charged based on your usage of AI agent sessions. All charges are in US dollars. You are responsible for adding sufficient balance to your account before using the Service.
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of AI compute costs incurred on your behalf, credits added to your account cannot be refunded once purchased. By adding funds to your account, you acknowledge and agree that these funds are non-refundable. If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge, contact us within 7 days at [email protected].
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) generate malicious code, malware, or content intended to cause harm; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network; (d) infringe on intellectual property rights of others; (e) harass, abuse, or harm others.
You retain ownership of any code, content, or materials you provide to or generate through the Service. We retain ownership of the Service itself, including its software, design, and documentation.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to perform tasks on your behalf. AI agents can and do make mistakes, including but not limited to: generating incorrect code, deleting files unintentionally, making unintended changes to your infrastructure, providing inaccurate information, or taking actions that cause data loss or service disruption. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all actions taken by AI agents before they affect your production systems. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, downtime, or costs caused by AI agent actions. By using the Service, you acknowledge that AI is inherently imperfect and accept full responsibility for the consequences of its use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: data loss, service interruptions, errors in AI-generated output, or any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., GitHub, AWS, Cloudflare). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
