These terms are an agreement between you and Talmale Technologies (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "us"), for use of The AI Agent Store at the-ai-agent-store.com and every AI agent we offer there (together, the "Service"). They apply to each agent alike — the one you use today and any we add later. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't use the Service.
The Service is a store of AI agents. Each agent designs, builds, tests and repairs work inside a product or platform you already have an account with — automations in your own n8n, changes to your own Shopify store, and so on as we add agents. You describe what you want in plain language; the agent builds it. What each agent does is described on its own page in the store.
The Service is software, operated by an AI model. It is not a human consultancy, and no human reviews each workflow before it is built unless we say otherwise in writing.
We are an independent product. We are not made by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the companies whose products our agents work with — including n8n GmbH, Shopify Inc., Apple Inc. and Google LLC. Their names and trademarks are used here and in our agent names only to describe what each agent works with, and each remains the property of its owner.
AI can make mistakes. The agent may produce a workflow that is incorrect, incomplete, or behaves in a way you did not intend — including work that sends messages, modify records, move money, or delete data in the systems you connect. It may do so while appearing confident that it worked.
The agent tests what it builds and shows you the result, and we work hard to make that reliable — but testing is not a guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing what runs in your account, especially anything that touches customers, money, or data you cannot recover. Treat the agent as a capable assistant whose work you check, not as a warranty of correctness.
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam or unsolicited messages, access systems you're not authorised to access, or build automations designed to harm, deceive, or harvest people's data unlawfully. Don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service. You are responsible for what your automations do once they run.
Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under it. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and if you're using the Service for an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We depend on third parties (see our Privacy Policy), and they can fail. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we'll give reasonable notice — and because what the agent builds lives in your own account, it keeps working without us.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that anything an agent builds will be correct, complete, or suitable for your purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business — even if we were told such damage was possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the three (3) months before the event, or (b) USD 50.
This cap reflects the price of the Service and the fact that you retain control of your own accounts and the systems connected to them. If you need broader assurance than this, do not rely on the Service for that purpose.
You keep ownership of what you give us and what the agent builds for you. You grant us permission to process it only as needed to run the Service (see the Privacy Policy). We don't claim ownership of what an agent builds for you, or of your data.
You can stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to us. What the agent built remains in your own account either way.
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll give notice in the Service or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
